“I can’t recommend this talented band enough. We hired the Special Edition Band for my daughter’s wedding and they made our night! John was great to work with, and their professionalism and showmanship was elite. They sounded amazing and kept the dance floor full through the last set, often coming off the stage and interacting with the crowd during songs. Such a fun and talented band of joyful people. What made it better was they were able to coordinate the strings (violin and cello) during the ceremony, they performed as a jazz trio during cocktail hour, and then the 10-piece band for the reception – it was great that I didn’t have to bring in 2-3 different groups to accommodate each part of the wedding. And the horns playing as my daughter and her new husband were walking out was icing on the cake. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. You know the band was great when people are talking about them long after the wedding.”
